Master Builders WA played a  lead role and strong advocacy against proposed Industrial manslaughter laws by lodging a submission to the Legislative Committee’s Inquiry on the Work Health and Safety Bill 2019.

Signed letters and statements were included from industry participants including the AWCI WA supporting Master Builders’ position on industrial manslaughter and reiterating the concern that the proposals are simply not good for safety..
